The Nassau Pops Symphony Orchestra will kick off their annual summer tour with the first of two concerts in Mineola, on July 1. All residents are invited for this free concert at Memorial Park, beginning at 8pm. The concert will be followed by the annual fantastic fireworks show. The Nassau Pops will also play Memorial Park on July 22, again at 8pm. Enjoy the show!!

Garage Monsters!!

Art Exploration Ages 5-7 Instructor Robin Iovino Course # SV1A (Session 1) or SV2A (Session 2) $750 members, $850 non-members $35 materials fee Jump into the spirit of summer with Art Exploration! This series of classes is a fun and exciting way to introduce students to a variety of artist's materials at an early age, while they use their imaginations to create artwork during Monster Mash Mondays, Tiny Traveler Tuesdays, Wilderness Wednesdays, Team-Time Thursdays and Festival Fridays. Students will be guided through the Museum grounds for artistic inspiration found in the sculpture garden and nature paths (weather permitting), and will have the unique chance to visit the Museum to look at and discuss the current exhibition. St Aidan Children's Choir Camp Registration
The Church of Saint Aidan will be running a one-week choir camp for any interested children entering the 1st through 5th grades. The camp will run from June 27 to July 1, from 9am - 12pm, with drop off and pick up at the Monsignot K irwin Hall entrance at the St Aidan's Lower School. The cost for the camp is $60 per child.

Reading to Dogs at the East Williston Library
Read to a certified therapy dog at the Library!! Three sessions in this fun program remain – on June 2, 9 and 16, at the East Williston Library. Children practice their skills reading to book-loving dogs. The sessions run from 4pm – 5pm with Miss Ashley. Each reader gets 15 minutes. Call the Library at 741-1213 to reserve your spot.
